This pet friendly cabin combines just the right amount of quaint style with upgraded touches. In this home, guests will enjoy having nicely upgraded bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, a large dining table, and a comfortable living room with 20+ foot ceilings. There is a wood burning fireplace, and for summer guests, a nice brick fire pit in the back yard! Right out the back door you have a gas BBQ grill, and the front porch provides additional outdoor space including a table with umbrella and chairs. Both the back yard and front porch are fenced & gated, perfect for groups with dogs. Board Games, Cards, and Local info is provided to help you plan your adventures, and to enjoy your evenings at the home! At an elevation of over 8300 feet, it does not get very hot, but if you find yourself at the home in the heat of the day, you have Air Conditioning at your disposal! While this cabin is not overly large in square footage, vaulted ceilings in the living room and 2 main upper bedrooms make these areas feel spacious. All 3 main bedrooms are large enough that they don't feel tight. The 4th bedroom has a pitched ceiling that is plenty high upon entry, and then angles down to the other side of the room, where there is a cozy space for bags and such on the far side of the bed. Despite this property appearing to be all alone in the woods, there are neighbors in the immediate area, so respectful guests only, please. Wood is not provided for the fireplace or fire pit, so please plan accordingly. Also, there is no land line phone in the cabin, but there is WiFi and most carriers have good cell coverage. This neighborhood is conveniently located almost within Rocky Mountain National Park, yet just outside of downtown Grand Lake!  

Columbine Lake Country Club does not permit renters to use Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming), the Clubhouse (for swimming, exercising, TV, or games), or the Gazebo. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents. Plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby and Shadow Mountain) for all your lake activities.  Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community.  Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.

This home has a $15 per pet per night fee added on for those guests traveling with their dogs.  Our staff of professionally trained Vacation Rental specialists are available 7 days a week - 12 hours per day to assist you in your search to find the perfect vacation rental home.
