You will just love this lakefront home nestled in the trees on the South Shore of Grand Lake. With the National Forest and National Park literally across the street, watch out for wildlife. Deer, Elk, Moose, Bears, Foxes, Geese and other birds, any of these animals could be found right outside! The lakefront is a short walk down from the cabin and includes a large grassy yard along the lake, something that is quite rare in Grand Lake. The shoreline is shallow and sandy with gradual depth, perfect for kids to play & swim in safety. The dock extends out for boats, with a water depth of about 4 or 5 feet at the end. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a study and a loft area, wireless Internet, a wood-burning stove, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen & dining area is a screened-in porch with a dining or game table, the hot tub, and the gas chimney. There is a large deck that runs on two sides of the home with a gas grill. The main living space is an open concept which combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The separate main floor lounge provides a space for kids or adults to watch TV or work in privacy.
